Our legal receptionists support our firm and help with front office duties. Daily tasks include answering phones, preparing conference rooms, handling client intake responsibilities, and more. Our receptionist does more than just answer phones and look good. He or she is the first compassionate Gjesdahl Law employee a person in need meets. She/he is the face and voice representing our firm to people in crisis or need.

Paralegals are an integral part of any law office, and that’s no different here. As a paralegal, you’ll be primarily responsible for assisting attorneys with their cases and you’ll play a key role in managing, organizing, and analyzing the data collected for each case.
A paralegal’s daily tasks often include responsibilities such as preparing court documents, organizing financial documents, researching cases, collecting information, and assisting in court proceedings.
